Luxury Frankton Home with Marina Views

A standout luxury 4 bedroom home with 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. Overlooking the Frankton Marina with views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. This was an extremely challenging steep section to build on. The building platform was achieved by earthworks cutting a deep shelf into the rock enabling the building envelope to fit within this shelf.

A classic Central Otago design was achieved with attractive contrasting exterior cladding consisting of Black Flaxpod European Tray and Stained Cedar wood. A cantilevered balcony at the front of the property used a Forté decking product to extend the floor space and provide great lake and mountain views. At the rear of the property a large Louvretec deck was positioned perfectly to capture the late afternoon sunlight.
