Frankton Luxury Home with Lake View

Large 5 bedroom Queenstown home built with an additional 1 bedroom holiday apartment. This was a steep, challenging section build overlooking Lake Wakatipu. Earthworks created a large rock shelf with the building constructed to fit within this shelf. The property was then clad with a Cerano plaster finish.

Large landscaping rocks were used from the earthworks stage to create attractive front garden landscaping. Cantilevered slabs then created an easy access front walkway and balcony.
