A well built home for a growing family.
A family needs a warm and solid home to thrive. This was one of Scott’s favourite projects as it was a house build for his own family. Built to SCBL quality standards means it is attractive, warm and energy efficient. But above all it makes the transition from a house to a true home and will continue to do so for generations to come.

A solid architectural build for a 50 Test All Black – Jimmy Cowan.
A slightly sloping site in the Shotover Country subdivision was transformed into this solid and attractive 5 bedroom family home. Perfect for a large and growing family, the house is warm, efficient and thoughtfully laid out.

A 380m2 premium holiday home, built for owners in Christchurch.
The project provided significant build challenges and the design called for oversize windows which let the dramatic views and sunlight flood in. SCBL has the expertise to manage these challenges and the project was a resounding success.
The proof is in the high spec master build, intricate and crafted flourishes and the clever use of negative detailing. The result is a stunning, high end holiday home and the realisation of a dream for its owners.
